These Terms govern the use of this website and the consultancy and software development services provided by Aidvisor OÜ. By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We provide technical consultancy and software development for customer service operations.
The scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines will be agreed in a separate contract, proposal, or Statement of Work (SOW).
The Client agrees to support the Service delivery by meeting the following responsibilities:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created specifically for the Client will be transferred upon full payment. The Company retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies, tools, and know-how.
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
The Company will exercise reasonable skill and care. Liability for damages is limited to the total fees paid for the specific Services giving rise to the claim. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations and, if unresolved, submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus).
We may update these Terms occasionally. Updated versions will be published on this website with a new effective date.
